Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to ask for information and help about your EBL 99.
I have a motor home (Pössl – 2 Win) made in Germany in December 2004. Inside the room there is an electric block EBL99G (Nº 30249/66) and one gel-battery (Deta Gel DG85; 80 Ah).

Now, I would like to install a solar panel of 75 or 100 W. I read the manual of Elektroblock and I saw the electric plan, so I need to ask some questions:
I know that I have to buy one solar regulator (LR 1214). Is the LRS 1214 also valid?
R:Yes. LRS 1214 is the new model.

Then I must put it in Block 6 of EBL99. I Suppose I have to connect the solar panel directly to the LR 1214. Is this correct?.
R:Yes. You can also charge your starter battery. See instruction manual

Do I have to do anything else? R:All connecting material is provided with the LRS1214.

If I connect the solar panel, how does the EBL99 work when the car is running or when the motor home is connected to 230 V? Do you think there could be any problems if I do so?
R:No problems. All charging possibilities can run simultanously.

I am thinking about installing one more battery (also of 80 Ah). Can I put it in the EBL99? What do I have to do?. Can I get both batteries directly in parallel? Or Is it necessary to get anything more? If I need anymore, Could you give me its references, please?
R:No problem to connect another battery. Please use a battery of the same size, type and manufacturer. You can connect up to 200 Ah to your EBL 99. Connect both batteries in parallel using at least a 10mm² cable.

Finally, I am living in Oviedo, in the NorthWest of Spain. Where is the nearest place where I can buy your products?.
R: You can try to get a solar regulator LRS1214 from the following Hymer dealers:
-Motorcaravan SA (Agent Spanien) (Vic-Barcelona)
-Auto-Suministros Motor SA (Vic-Barcelona)

If I don’t have a place near here, can you sell and send your products directly? Otherwise could you recommend any website to buy them?
R:You are welcome to order the solar regulator from us directly. Part no 999.160. Price 77 euros excl. freight and packaging

I look forward to hearing from you. Danke für alles
Yours faithfully
