Guinnes LAS TORTUGAS 2012
NOTA INFORMATIVA
"Las Tortugas" es un ambicioso proyecto que auna la pasión por quienes amamos "llevar la casa a cuestas" con la iniciativa empresarial. En su primera fase el objetivo es el Récord Guinness de concentración de Autocaravanas, que tendrá lugar en el centro geográfico de Andalucía, en Cabra (Córdoba) del 12 al 16 de Septiembre, siendo la certificación del Guinness el 15 de Septiembre de 2012. Se ha elegido esta ciudad, por su ubicación, clima propicio, y por ser de las pocas ciudades con 2 áreas de autocaravanas, declarándose ciudad amiga de las autocaravanas.
Se pretende con este evento, concienciar a la sociedad del beneficio para las ciudades del Autocaravanismo, así como unir a los autocaravanistas para propulsar esta afición y darse a conocer del modo que creemos conveniente.

• Vuelo en Globo sobre la concentración.
• Ruta ecuestre por la Vía Verde del Tren del Aceite.
• Visita Guiada por Cabra, visita al museo fundación Aguilar y Eslava y al Museo del Aceite.
• Feria de muestras sobre el autocaravanismo
• Operación Kilo. Recogida de alimentos para fines sociales.
• Parque infantil con castillos hinchables.

NORMAS DE PARTICIPACIÓN
ACCESO AL RECINTO
* PARA LA ENTRADA AL RECINTO SERA NECESARIO ESTAR PREVIAMENTE INSCRITO. LA INSCRIPCIÓN PUEDE REALIZARSE HASTA DOS DÍAS ANTES EN LA WEB DE LAS TORTUGAS http://www.lastortugas.es/inscripcio...-autocaravanas
* AUTORIZADA LA ENTRADA AL RECINTO SE ASIGNARA A CADA VEHICULO EL LUGAR QUE HA DE OCUPAR.
* PARA ENTRAR AL LUGAR DE APARCAMIENTO CADA TORTUGA DEBERA DE TENER VISIBLE LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE ACCESO.
* EL APACAMIENTO SERÁ POR ORDEN DE LLEGADA, SI ALGUIEN QUIERE ESTAR JUNTO A OTRO COMPAÑERO TENDRÁN QUE ENTRAR AL RECINTO JUNTOS. PARA LO QUE LA ORGANIZACIÓN ACONSEJA COMO PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO EL SEGUNDO ÁREA DE LA LOCALIDAD JUNTO AL HOSPITAL COMARCAL. AUDITORIO MUNICIPAL ALCALDE JUAN MUÑOZ 37º 27´58´´ / 4º 25´25´´. NO ESTÁ PERMITIDO CAMBIAR DE LUGAR DENTRO DEL RECINTO DE LA CONCENTRACIÓN.
ABANDONO DEL RECINTO
* SALVO CAUSAS DE FUERZA MAYOR NO ESTARA AUTORIZADA LA SALIDA DEL RECINTO DE NINGUNA AC. EL ABANDONO DEL RECINTO SUPONDRA LA PERDIDA DEL DERECHO A REGRESAR AL MISMO ESPACIO DE APARCAMIENTO, SALVO EN CASOS Y EXPRESAMENTE AUTORIZADOS POR LA ORGANIZACIÓN. EN EL RECINTO DE CONCENTRACIÓN EXISTE PUNTO DE INFORMACIÓN Y ATENCIÓN DE PRIMEROS AUXILIOS.
RECIBOS DE COMPRA.
* EN LA CARPA DE PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO SE INSTALARÁ UNA URNA PARA DEPOSITAR LOS RECIBOS DE LAS COMPRAS REALIZADAS EN CABRA Y LA COMARCA. EL ÚLTIMO DÍA Y SE REALIZARÁ UN RECUENTO DEL MONTANTE TOTAL DE LOS TIKETS. EL OBJETIVO ES VER EL IMPACTO ECONÓMICO DE EL AUTOCARAVANISMO EN UNA LOCALIDAD, SIENDO ESTE PUNTO DE VITAL IMPORTANCIA PARA LA MISIÓN DE LAS TORTUGAS, POR LO QUE PEDIMOS QUE COLABOREN TODOS LOS INSCRITOS. http://www.lastortugas.es/mision-vision-valores
COMPORTAMIENTO EN EL RECINTO
* ROGAMOS A LOS PARTICIPANTES QUE ATIENDAN A LAS INDICACIONES DEL PERSONAL DE SEGURIDAD Y DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN, QUE IRAN IDENTIFICADOS
* PARA RESPETAR EL DERECHO AL DESCANSO DE LOS ASISTENTES SERA OBLIGATORIO GUARDAR SILENCIO ENTRE LAS 00:00 Y LAS 08:00 HORAS
* SALVO LAS AC DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN QUE PODRÁN DESPLEGAR TOLDOS EXCLUSIVAMENTE POR MOTIVOS ORGANIZACITIVOS, NO SE PODRÁN DESPLEGAR TOLDOS POR RAZONES DE ESPACIO. LA ORGANIZCIÓN A PREVISTO UN PUNTO DE ENCUENTRO CON UNA GRAN CARPA.
*SE PERMITE EL USO DE CALZOS O PATAS NIVELADORAS DURANTE LA ESTANCIA EN LA CONCENTRACION.
*POR MOTIVOS DE SEGURIDAD NO SE PERMITIRAN LUMBRES NI BARBACOAS DE LEÑA O CARBON.
*SE PERMITIRA EL USO DE SILLAS PARA HACER CORRILLOS DE CHARLAS Y TERTULIAS.
*LOS ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA PERMANECERAN DENTRO DEL RECINTO SIEMPRE SUJETOS. (LOS EXCREMENTOS SERAN RECOGIDOS POR SUS PROPIETARIOS EN TODO MOMENTO).
*ROGAMOS A LOS ASISTENTES EL USO RACIONAL DE GENERADORES, EN TODO CASO SE LIMITARÁ SU USO DE 9 A 22 HORAS.
GETION DE RESIDUOS
*LAS BASURAS SE DEPOSITARAN SIEMPRE EN BOLSAS CERRADAS Y EN LOS CONTENEDORES DEDICADOS A TAL EFECTO.
*LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES (GRISES Y NEGRAS) SERAN VACIADAS UNICAMENTE EN LOS PUNTOS INDICADOS.
*FINALIZADA LA ESTANCIA, LOS PARTICIPANTES REVISARAN TODOS LOS ALREDEDORES DEL LUGAR EN QUE ESTUVIERON ESTACIONADOS Y NO LO ABANDONARAN HASTA QUE SE ENCUENTRE PERFECTAMENTE LIMPIO.
*LAS BASURAS SE DEPOSITARAN SIEMPRE EN BOLSAS CERRADAS Y EN LOS CONTENEDORES DEDICADOS A TAL EFECTO EN EL RECINTO DE LAS TORTUGAS 2012
OPERACIÓN KILO
*DURANTE LOS DÍAS 13 Y 14 SE PODRÁ APORTAR ALIMENTOS NO PERECEDEROS EN EL STAND DE ORGANIZACIÓN, LA COMIDA SERÁ ENTREGADA A UNA ONG.
La organización no se hace responsable de los daños o desperfectos sufridos u ocasionados a /y por los asistentes ni a/y sus instalaciones, tanto durante la concentración, como en los viajes de ida y vuelta a la misma, ya que cada participante viene por voluntad propia, y pide la máxima colaboración a todos los participantes, para que esta sea un éxito.

INFORMATION NOTE
"Turtles" is an ambitious project that combines a passion for those who love to "bring the house back" to entrepreneurship. In its first phase the objective is the Guinness Record Motorhomes concentration to be held in the geographical center of Andalusia, in Cabra (Córdoba) from 12 to 16 September, with the certification of Guinness on September 15, 2012. We chose this city for its location, climate, and because of the few cities with 2 areas of motorhomes, declaring the autocarvanas friendly city.
The aim with this event, raise public awareness of the benefit to the cities of the motor caravan and motorhome unite to propel this hobby and make themselves known as we think fit.
We have prepared a major program of events that you can summarize and expand on our website.

• Delivery awards and the motorcaravanning.
• Sightseeing in the Natural Park of Sierra Subbetica.
• Tasting and Pairing for wineries in the appellation of origin Montilla - Moriles
• Balloon Flight over the concentration.
• Trail riding by Greenway oil train.
• Guided tour by Goat, visit the museum foundation Aguilar y Eslava and Oil Museum.
• Fair Grounds on the motor caravan

* UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY ENCLOSURE is assigned to each VEHICLE THE PLACE TO BE OCCUPIED.
* TO ENTER THE PARKING SPOT EACH MUST HAVE TURTLE VISIBLE ACCESS AUTHORIZATION.
* THE ORDER SHALL BE APACAMIENTO ARRIVAL, IF SOMEONE WANTS TO BE WITH OTHER PARTNER WILL HAVE TO ENTER THE VENUE TOGETHER. TO SUGGEST THAT THE ORGANIZATION AS A SECOND MEETING POINT AREA OF THE TOWN BY THE REGIONAL HOSPITAL. MAYOR MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM JUAN MUÑOZ 37 ° 27'58'' / 25'25'' 4 °. RECEIPT OF PURCHASE.
* IN THE TENT OF MEETING POINT TO INSTALL AN URN DEPOSIT RECEIPTS OF PURCHASES MADE IN SHEEP AND THE REGION. THE LAST DAY AND WILL BE A TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE COUNT OF tikets. * THE GARBAGE BAGS ARE ALWAYS deposited CLOSED CONTAINERS AND DEDICATED TO THAT EFFECT.
* WASTEWATER (GRAY AND BLACK) ONLY will be emptied at the points indicated.
* END OF THE STAY, participants will review ALL AROUND THE PLACE WHERE WERE PARKED AND DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL IT IS PERFECTLY CLEAN.

OPERATION KILO
* DURING THE 13 AND 14 PROVIDE FOOD WILL NOT STAND IN PERISHABLE ORGANIZATION, THE FOOD IS DELIVERED TO NGOs.
